SSR Book

The book that I am reading is Holes. The book is about these teenagers who commit crimes and instead of being sent to juvenile they are sent to a camp way out in a desert. The desert has many holes all the way through out it. The camp that they are forced to attend the people who run it are very strict and disrespectful to the teenagers. The camp has the teenagers digging holes for nothing but they are really looking for a hidden treasure. When the main character finds the treasure he hides it from the so called warden and then they get into some deep trouble with her. Actual law enforcement than comes to see how the camp is being ran and they see that the teenagers are being badly mistreated and the camp is shut down. The main character gets some of the money from the treasure and live happily ever after.
